Human result is what moves my work

I see the strength of the humanized result, where the person is placed at the center of the business strategies.
This goes beyond the idea of investing in people to increase productivity.
I’m talking about the conviction that all the ways and responses that organizations need are in people, in their creative and intelligent potential.

Instigate is the word

This moves me very early to study and give presence to the human being.
Since I was a kid, human behavior has challenge me at the same time that fascinates me. Studying psychology was a natural choice. Soon after, I felt that the organizational world can be a space for people to know their talents, to realize, to create, to grow and to contribute.
This movement generates a virtuous spiral that positively impacts life beyond the organization.
The opposite is also true. It is here that I realize myself deeply.

Learning

People and organizations learn a powerful way with their experiences, stories, interaction and in action. This is called TRANSFORMATIVE EDUCATION and is the great energy that moves the successful organizations.

I create CORPORATE UNIVERSITY platforms and grades of education, in a collaborative learning process which considers different people, business, goals and values of the organization.

On the KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, I coach the organization to identify your competitive differential, organize and propagate the legacy of installed knowledge.

I prepare HR TEAMS to become change influencers and curators of the major processes of change. I challenge the professionals in the area to experience the business, showing the importance of the person being at the heart of the decisions.

Leadership

An agent of influence in the growth of the organization. The agent’s awareness of giving people a powerful boost to the business and the creative and intelligent strength of the human being.

I work for LEADERSHIP to become COMPETENT in generating environments of trust, respect, collaboration and commitment to results of great impact.

I conduct LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS and design preparation program for NEW LEADERS, especially in the format of TRAINEES.

I prepare COMPETENT LEADERS IN HR AREA, who know how to combine human results – engagement, satisfaction, realization with business results – productivity, quality, cost and term.

I develop HR TEAMS to become agents of transformation and curators of the major processes of change, putting the person at the center of the strategies.

Culture

A company's culture is made up of individual actions and attitudes. Each person, with his style is responsible for his trajectory and the construction of his results. Companies with clear purposes, unique identity, convinced of their values, create environments that attract people in the same tune, who are proud to belong.

I work with the main stakeholders in the creation and support of an environment of authenticity, collaboration, innovation and responsibility with people and their results.

No matter what and how difficult the organization has to solve: technological acceleration, fusion and acquisition, change in business direction, crisis management, discovery of purpose, succession or transition of leadership.

Making CHANGE MANAGEMENT is possible and my role is to prepare organizations for this.

Innovation

Change is the only certainty of the lives of people, of nature, of organizations and of society. The great innovation happens when people are able to move the transformation, bringing growth and well-being to everyone.

I work to develop human qualities that make the transformation desired happen.

I design platforms for DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION, where the company itself is able to create its policies, guidelines, practices and inclusive environment with an effective model of governance and management.

For schools, I have a model that brings together educators, students and families who propose positive changes in the educational system. These are the great ones responsible for the transformation desired and the work begins with the Investigation of Happiness.

Teaching

When people share their experiences, they are able to discover new knowledge, perspectives and form of acting. Teaching and promoting this environment is to give back to the world all learning gained.
